GOODYEAR x MOSHAMMER – 992 Turbo S enters One Lap of America 2026
The Goodyear race team enters the 2026 One Lap of America with a clearly defined objective: maximum aerodynamic efficiency under real-world racing conditions. The platform is a Porsche 992 Turbo S, precisely refined with MOSHAMMER aero components. Not a show build, but a functional OEM+ concept focused on high-speed stability and overall balance.
The season spans some of the most demanding circuits across the United States: Nashville Superspeedway, Hallett Motor Racing Circuit, High Plains Raceway, Motorsports Park Hastings, Road America, and Blackhawk Farms Raceway. Different layouts, changing conditions, exactly the environment where a well-developed aero concept proves its value.
The car has successfully passed technical inspection, and the aero configuration is officially cleared for evaluation under race conditions.
The focus is clearly on how aerodynamics translate into real driving dynamics. Initial feedback is conclusive. High-speed stability and traction when accelerating out of fast corners have improved noticeably and measurably compared to last season.
In particular, the phase from mid-corner to corner exit shows a significantly more stable behavior, driven by improved airflow management and a clearly defined pressure balance at the rear.
At the same time, overall balance continues to be refined. This is especially noticeable in high-speed sections. Initial front-end adjustments are already showing positive effects, improving overall balance without compromising the integrity of the concept.
The approach remains consistent: no excessive downforce at any cost, but a clean, integrated MOSHAMMER OEM+ design that combines form and function.
The first outing at Nashville Superspeedway confirms the direction. Immediate P3 overall. A strong statement to start the season.
The upcoming stops will deliver more data, more insight, and further steps toward perfection. This is exactly where a well-engineered MOSHAMMER aero concept demonstrates its full capability.
