Shipping and Delivery
We deliver worldwide, provided the customer has supplied a complete and correct delivery address. However, there are certain regions and countries where shipping is restricted.
We do not ship to:
Russia
Belarus
Warzone areas (e.g., Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen)
North Korea
Iran
Crimea region of Ukraine
Other regions or countries restricted by international sanctions.
Delivery is made “free kerbside,” meaning to the public kerbside closest to the delivery address, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Risk of Loss
For business customers, the risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the customer at the point the product is handed over to the carrier. This risk passes only upon receipt for private customers unless the customer has selected their carrier without our recommendation.
In the event of non-delivery due to circumstances outside our control, such as supplier issues, we reserve the right to cancel the contract. In such an occurrence, the customer will be promptly informed and issued a full refund.
International Shipping & Import Duties
Please note that for international orders, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please verify these costs with your customs office before purchase.
Unsuccessful delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or the customer’s absence, the customer will be held responsible for any additional costs incurred. Please note that a return shipment fee will be applied if the customer exercises their right to revoke the order after the shipment has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are not provided at checkout. Standard delivery times are subject to variation based on the region in question.
Domestic shipments to Germany: Please allow one to three business days for delivery within Germany.
International shipments will take between three and seven business days.
Please be advised that delivery times may vary by up to 14 business days due to potential delays in customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.
Handling of Lost or Delayed Packages
In the event that a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team. We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to locate the package. In the event of a confirmed loss of a shipment, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
Inspection and Reporting of Package Damage
Please inspect your package carefully before accepting it. The delivery agent must record any visible damage. If the damage is not documented at the time of delivery, we will be unable to accept liability for any subsequent damage claims. Please notify us within 24 hours and provide photos of the damage for our review.
Right of Withdrawal
Following the terms of the contract, consumers within the member states of the European Union are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without explanation. To exercise this right, customers are required to inform us in writing (e.g., via email or letter). The withdrawal period begins on the day after the customer receives the goods. If the right is exercised, the customer is responsible for returning the goods. A full refund will be processed, excluding the original shipping fees.
Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. In case of return due to damage or defects, the customer is obliged to contact us in advance, attach photo documentation and wait for further instructions. In the case of general returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Your information is collected and used exclusively for shipping and processing. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except to facilitate logistics and delivery services. We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint. To the extent feasible, we utilize recyclable and biodegradable materials for packaging. Our goal is to minimize waste and promote responsible recycling of packaging materials among our customers. You have the option of sending the packaging material back to us at any time.
